An eight-person delegation from Russia will participate in the Bi-National Workshop, on the subject, to take place in Israel from June 30 until July 1, 2003.
The delegation will be headed by Academician Nikolai Lyakishev from the Baikov Institute of Metallurgy and Materials Science of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Moscow). Five additional participants come from RAS Institutes and the remaining two are from the Ural State Technical University in Ekaterinberg.
A similar workshop was held in June 2002 in Ekaterinberg.
