The President of the Israel Academy, Prof. David Harel, met on March 31, 2022, in London with Mrs. Maureen Foulkes, Executive Chairman of the Foulkes Foundation in Britain, which awards fellowships to medical students who are also studying towards doctorates in the life sciences (MD/PhD). Foulkes Fellowships are awarded to Israeli students by way of an Israel Academy committee chaired by Academy Member Prof. Moshe Oren .

 

Prof. Harel and Mrs. Foulkes had a warm conversation, in which Prof. Harel thanked Mrs. Foulkes for her longstanding contribution to the success of the fellowship program.
