Sir Ralph Kohn, an outstanding and devoted friend of the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities, passed away on November 11, 2016.
A man of many talents, Sir Ralph distinguished himself in science, music and philanthropy.
Sir Ralph worked tirelessly and generously to promote the activity of the Israel Academy. His sturdy association with and contribution to the Academy led to fruitful cooperation between the Academy and the Royal Society in England.
