The form used by the National Brain Gain Program and the Ministry of Absorption will not be applicable as of December 2017.
Those whose citizenship was cancelled should fill out a form on the internet while still abroad (up to 30 days before their date of return).
If they don't do so, upon their return they will have to go to their nearest National Insurance Office in order to arrange their citizenship.
